Customer Service
Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be happy with your order. We make every effort to send your order accurately and as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed and sent within 2 to 3 business days but if there is a delay we will advise you promptly. We may make mistakes (not many we hope!) so please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix the problem. Method of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
We also accept Money Orders in Canadian or US currency but we do not accept personal checks.
Delivery
We want to keep your delivery costs as low as possible!
The shipping amount is determined by the weight, size, destination and method of delivery. Insurance on your package is optional. When you are processing your order, the shipping charges are estimates only. You will pay the actual charges which may be less or more. If you have any questions or special needs please contact us.
Local Customers
Local customers can pick up their packages but please note this in the Special Shipping Instructions box when you checkout. Please include your phone number so we can make arrangements with you for pick-up.
Shipping Within Canada
We prefer to ship Canada Post but you can choose UPS if you prefer. All orders are shipped Xpresspost and Priority Courier (if you are really in a hurry!). Most patterns can be shipped by First Class mail starting at $.89!
Your parcel will be covered for loss or damage for the first $100.00. You will be offered insurance for additional coverage if your order value is more than $100.00. If you do not insure the package and it is lost or damaged, we are not responsible for replacing the merchandise or crediting your account for your loss.
If you would like a shipping estimate on your package, please request this in the Special Shipping box.
Shipping Within the United States
All mail is subject to Customs regulations and inspection. Appropriate Customs documentation will be atached to all parcels. Customers are responsible for any Custom fees.
As a US customer you may order up to $200.00 (US) per day duty free. We use the Canada and US Postal services to send all our orders to the US unless specified in the special shipping instructions.
Since we are a Canadian based shop we sell our fabrics in meters (or portions there-of) - not yards. A meter is about 10% larger than a yard. A yard is 36" while a meter is just over 39".
Other Countries
All mail is subject to Custom regulations and inspections required by your country of origin. Appropriate Customs documentation will be attached to all parcels. Customers are responsible for any Customs fees.
You can choose Xpresspost International, Air Parcel or Surface Parcel. Shipping prices can vary widely and delivery time can be anywhere from 2-10 weeks. There are package size restrictions and must weigh under 2 kg or slightly over 4 lbs. Insurance for loss or damage is available.

Refunds
Books, patterns, quilt kits, Block of the Months and any other copyrighted material cannot be returned for a refund. Please, there are no exceptions. If you are unhappy with your fabric for any reason you may return it for a refund but the fabric must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
You must contact us first for a return authorization number before returning the item. Return shiping costs are your responsibility and original shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded. No refunds wil be given after 30 days from date of purchase.
